At Northrop Grumman, you'll have the resources, support, and team to do some of the best work of your career. We are looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Manager 1 based out of Northridge, CA. This position may be staffed as a full-time onsite role from the Northridge, CA area.
What You'll Get to Do:
The Business Management Manager 1 will support/lead all business management activities for Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Baseline and other classified programs within Advanced Weapons Operating Unit/Business Unit, a leading provider of advanced tactical missile systems within the company's Weapon Systems Division. This position will report to Advance Weapon System Operating Unit Senior Business Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Program Resource Management: Cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
Financial Reporting: Preparation and presentation of financial data, including variance analysis and forecasting.
Compliance: Financial reporting to support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Indicated Finals (IF).
EVMS Oversight: Manage COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables.
CEAC Preparation: Prepare and oversee the Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete (CEAC) process and final review.
Contractual Support: Review and assist with contract negotiations and pricing/proposal activities.
Cash Management: Oversee cash management, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Collaboration: Work with Program and functional teams to maintain smooth project execution.
Management and Development: Manage and develop Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff.
Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional industry-related experience OR
Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional industry-related experience OR
6+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Cobra, and Cognos.
Experience in a Program Control Environment, including setting up cost control systems, and monitoring costs and schedules.
Experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts.
Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to teams and management.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
MBA certification preferred.
Proficiency in NGFP and understanding of government program budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with Cognos, NGFP forecasting, Cobra EVMS, Tableau, Power BI, or SAP.
Previous experience managing or supervising program, project, or personnel.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $107,500.00 - $160,900.00 per year.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long-Term Incentives.
