Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports Corporate Office functional groups by aligning HR strategies, programs, and processes with business goals. The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Build close partnerships with leadership and internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
Associate HRBP:
Bachelor's degree + 2 years HR experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Principal HRBP:
Master's degree + 3 years relevant experience or Bachelor's + 5 years relevant experience
Strong HR consulting, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in HR, Business, Organization Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field
HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
Advanced problem-solving, project management, and consulting skills
Ability to analyze data, design solutions, and implement effectively
