Role Overview
The Leadership Development – Organization Effectiveness position is part of the Enterprise Leadership Development team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs to ensure leadership pipelines and talent readiness across the organization.
The position may be used to identify candidates for future openings; it is not currently an active posting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate across the enterprise to deliver leadership development programs aligned with business needs.
Partner with sectors, SMEs, and stakeholders to create integrated development solutions.
Stay aware of external best practices and support leadership development initiatives (e.g., NG Leader Experience Campaign, NG Leader Development Academy).
Support product and service life cycle for leadership programs, including concept development, event facilitation, and program delivery.
Coordinate workshops, focus groups, surveys, and collaboration sessions.
Support delivery of leadership development solutions in collaboration with Communications and Change Management.
Partner with external content providers and manage stakeholder engagement.
Measure program utilization and business impact, prepare executive-level briefings.
Apply SAFe/AGILE principles as a Product Owner for planning, deliverables, and stakeholder management.
Provide leadership in ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting priorities.

Learning and development experience, including instructional design and e-learning

Salary Range
